Sure-Wood Forest Campground is 40 miles north of Wausau WI  on Hwy 51 and 4 miles east of Tomahawk on Cty Hwy A.  The campground is located  on the north shore of Lake Alice (1,369 acres) with a southwestern view of the Lake.  Lake Alice connects to the Wisconsin River and Kings Dam in Tomahawk. 

There are 8 campsites; each campsite has electric and water hook-ups and can accomodate tents or full size RV's.  Pets are welcome.  Sure-Wood Forest Campground has a nice Sandy Beach and Swimming Area with a Swim Raft.  Boat Rentals are available:  Pontoon, Fishing Boats, and Canoe.

Sure-Wood Forest Bar & Grill serves Friday Fish Fry, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, phone 715 453 8844.  At the Bar & Grill, Firewood is available for $7 a wheelbarrow, Ice, Horseshoe Pits, Arcade Games, and ATM.
